No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of used homeschool curriculum and limited inventory available, all sales are final. Because we sell used books, we do not accept returns and do not offer exchanges for any reason other than those specifically described in this policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable.

Condition of Used Books

All books sold through our store are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with their listed condition. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of each item. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged items

Upon verification of shipping damage, we will provide a replacement copy of the same title if available.

If a replacement copy is not available, we reserve the right to provide store credit or another mutually acceptable resolution.

Incorrect Items

If you receive a book that is different from the item ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide the correct item or another appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

Orders are shipped with tracking. If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
